- 4 fresh Jalapeños
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 6 slices Bacon
- 4 Eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half and removing the seeds.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the cream cheese, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), and eggs in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, jalapeños, and seasonings, stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
