Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning it generously with salt, black pepper, and your choice of dried herbs.

- Arrange your chicken on top of the veggies in the pan.

For a plant-based option, substitute chicken with tofu. Be creative with vegetables based on what you have on hand.
