Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken (breast or thighs)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or feta)
- 4 flour or whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, basil, or cilantro)
- 1 cup assorted vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, or mushrooms)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian herbs (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prep the chicken by seasoning with salt, pepper, and herbs. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Sauté the garlic in a skillet with olive oil until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Cook the chicken in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Add cheese on top of the chicken and cover until melted (1-2 minutes).
- Warm the tortillas in another pan for 20-30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the wraps with chicken, vegetables, and herbs, then roll tightly.
- Serve with a drizzle of ranch or lime, if desired.
