Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries: Wash and hull the strawberries, then mash them with granulated sugar and lemon juice; let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Make the whipped cream: Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually add powdered sugar and whip to stiff peaks.
