Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced
- 2 oranges, zested and juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil and placing the salmon skin-side down.
- Mix the zest and juice of the lemons and oranges with minced garlic, chopped herbs, and honey or maple syrup in a small bowl.
- Pour the marinade over the salmon, letting it soak in for 30 minutes to an hour if possible.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes before serving and drizzle with leftover marinade.
