Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- Optional: chopped nuts (pecans or pistachios)
Instructions
- Combine ricotta cheese and mascarpone cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Mix on low speed until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips gently.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more powdered sugar if desired.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Garnish with additional chocolate chips or chopped nuts before serving.
