Ingredients
- Fresh mushrooms (cremini or button)

Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth.
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add the mushrooms; stir to coat evenly.
- Cook undisturbed for a few minutes.
- Stir gently, adding salt and pepper; cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Throw in the fresh herbs and stir before serving.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute vegan butter. You can also use other vegetables like zucchini or asparagus.
