- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the M&M candies evenly.
- Scoop rounded dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a crispier cookie, bake for an additional 1-2 minutes. Chilling the dough for at least 30 minutes enhances the flavor.
