- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- Marinate the chicken: Place the chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken, seal or cover, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Cook the chicken: Preheat grill, oven, or skillet. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side or bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve and enjoy: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted vegetables or a light salad.
