Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your heart-shaped pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Whisk together granulated sugar and brown sugar with the melted chocolate mixture.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Stir in the flour gently until just combined.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely, then cut into heart shapes.
