  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 8 oz garlic mushrooms (cremini or button)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare your protein by seasoning it with olive oil, salt, and herbs.
  3. Arrange protein and chopped vegetables on a large sheet pan in an even layer.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on top, sprinkle with garlic, and place in the oven.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
