Delightful no-bake treats made with Oreo cookies and cream cheese, coated in colorful candy melts, perfect for Easter festivities.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 24 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo Cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup candy melts or chocolate (white, milk, or colored)
  • Sprinkles or edible decorations

Instructions

  1. Start by crushing the Oreo cookies in a food processor or by hand in a sealed bag.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
  4. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt your chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then place back on parchment and decorate with sprinkles.
  7. Refrigerate again until the coating is firm.

Notes

For a lighter alternative, use low-fat cream cheese. A small cookie scoop helps achieve uniformity in ball size.
