- 2 ripe Bananas
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour (or gluten-free alternative)
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the bananas until smooth, then stir in the pumpkin puree and coconut oil.
- Whisk together the flour and egg in another bowl. Gradually mix in the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about half an inch thick.
- Cut out fun shapes using cookie cutters.
- Place the cookies on a lined baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
These cookies can be customized by adding cinnamon or peanut butter. Always use ripe bananas and avoid any additives or harmful ingredients.
