- 1 cup butterfly pea flower tea
- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- Sweetener (honey, agave syrup, or sugar to taste)
- 1/2 cup boba pearls
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare the tea by boiling water and steeping the butterfly pea flowers for 5–7 minutes.
- Add your sweetener while the tea is warm and stir to dissolve.
- Prepare your boba pearls according to package instructions.
- Assemble your drink by layering boba pearls at the bottom of a glass, followed by ice, then pouring in the butterfly pea tea.
- Add milk slowly to create a layered effect.
- Garnish with edible flowers or a lemon slice if desired.
- Stir to mix before enjoying.
