Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tube biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Take a piece of biscuit dough and flatten it slightly.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the dough over and pinch to seal completely.
  6. Spray bites with cooking oil to achieve a golden finish.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
