Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tube biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
- Take a piece of biscuit dough and flatten it slightly.
- Place about a tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough over and pinch to seal completely.
- Spray bites with cooking oil to achieve a golden finish.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
Experiment with different cheeses or add diced veggies for extra crunch.
