Ingredients

  • 15 oz (425 g) Cream Cheese, full-fat
  • 1 cup (200 g) Granulated Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper lining.
  3. Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add granulated sugar and salt, mixing until silky.
  5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Mix in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until combined.
  7. Fold in the flour gently until just mixed.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is slightly wobbly.
  10. Cool in the pan for 30 minutes before transferring to a wire rack; refrigerate for a few hours or overnight before serving.
