Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Graham Crackers, crushed

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • Green Food Coloring
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar until evenly coated. Spoon into muffin liners and press down.
