- 2 cups Fresh Cranberries

- 1/4 cup Orange Juice and Zest
- 1 package Pectin (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the berries by rinsing them under cold water and removing any stems or bad berries.
- Combine cranberries, sugar, water, cinnamon, and orange juice in a large pot.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 10-15 minutes until the berries burst.
- Test the consistency by placing a spoonful on a cold plateāif it holds its shape, it’s ready.
- Jar the jam into sterilized jars, leaving a quarter-inch space at the top.
- Cool completely and store in a cool, dark place.
Notes
Add a splash of lemon juice to enhance brightness without overpowering flavor. Experiment with flavors like bourbon or thyme for a unique twist.
