Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- Fresh herbs (parsley or oregano)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, breaking it up and cooking until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Remove from heat and mix in parmesan cheese. Let cool slightly.
- Roll out each biscuit until about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spoon a tablespoon of the meat mixture into the center of each dough round.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, seam-side down.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle more parmesan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These bombs can be customized with different meats or cheeses. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
