Delicious bites filled with juicy ground beef, garlic, and parmesan cheese, all wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or oregano)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it up and cooking until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in parmesan cheese. Let cool slightly.
  5. Roll out each biscuit until about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Spoon a tablespoon of the meat mixture into the center of each dough round.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  8. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, seam-side down.
  9. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle more parmesan.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These bombs can be customized with different meats or cheeses. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
