Delightfully soft and chewy cookies featuring rich white chocolate and tangy cranberries, perfect for any occasion.

  • Total Time: 27 minutes
  • Yield: 24 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy and light.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate and cranberries.
  6. Scoop the dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between cookies.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For an extra soft cookie, underbake them slightly. Chilling the dough before baking enhances flavor and reduces spreading.
