Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy and light.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate and cranberries.
- Scoop the dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For an extra soft cookie, underbake them slightly. Chilling the dough before baking enhances flavor and reduces spreading.
