Ingredients
- 6 cups Chex cereal
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup strawberry cake mix
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Pour 6 cups of Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 2 cups of white chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth and creamy.
- Add 1 cup of strawberry cake mix to the melted chocolate and stir until fully combined.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the Chex cereal and stir carefully to coat each piece.
- Transfer the mixture to a large resealable bag filled with 1 ½ cups of powdered sugar, seal the bag tightly, and shake until well-coated.
- Fold in 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
- Spread the mixture onto wax paper to cool, then store in an airtight container.
Notes
Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly before mixing to prevent clumping. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
