Ingredients
- 1 wheel Brie cheese
- 1 jar cranberry chili jam
- Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
- Crackers or sliced baguette
- Sliced almonds or walnuts
- Dried fruit (cranberries, apricots, or figs)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- If desired, leave the Brie rind intact for a firmer texture or slice a thin layer off for a gooey texture.
- Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and generously spread the cranberry chili jam over the top.
- Bake the Brie for about 10-15 minutes, until soft and gooey.
- In the last five minutes of baking, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.
- Let the cheese sit for a minute before serving on a wooden board, surrounded by crackers, baguette slices, nuts, and dried fruit.
Notes
Serve with a small knife and spoon for easy spreading of the jam.
