Ingredients

  • 1 wheel Brie cheese
  • 1 jar cranberry chili jam
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • Crackers or sliced baguette
  • Sliced almonds or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. If desired, leave the Brie rind intact for a firmer texture or slice a thin layer off for a gooey texture.
  3. Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and generously spread the cranberry chili jam over the top.
  4. Bake the Brie for about 10-15 minutes, until soft and gooey.
  5. In the last five minutes of baking, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.
