Ingredients

  • 1 Pie Crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Cheese (sharp cheddar or Gruyere)
  • 1 cup sliced Mushrooms (cremini or shiitake)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme or Rosemary (chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Pie Crust and set aside.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in butter, then add sliced mushrooms until browned.
  4. Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, herbs, and cheese.
