- 1 lb flank steak or sirloin, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Slice the steak into long, thin strips.
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Set up the breading station with one bowl for beaten eggs and another for breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each steak strip in seasoned flour, then dip in egg wash, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add enough oil to cover the bottom and test the temperature.
- Fry the steak fingers in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer cooked steak fingers to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with dipping sauces.
