Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time and mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add this to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts.
- Drop mounds of dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
For an extra burst of flavor, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before cooling. Cookies can be frozen for up to three months.
