Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley or basil)
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, chopped onion, fresh herbs, and parmesan cheese.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the meatballs in the skillet and sauté for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve alongside a salad or over spaghetti.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the pan while cooking to ensure even browning. Let meatballs chill for 15 minutes in the fridge before cooking for better shape.
