- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 cup whole milk, warmed

- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Warm the milk to around 110°F, sprinkle yeast, and let it sit until frothy. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Make a well, add yeast mixture and eggs; mix until combined, then knead for about 5 minutes.
- First Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours, or until doubled.
- Cinnamon Sugar Mix: Combine cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Shape the Cruffs: Roll the risen dough into a rectangle, spread butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, roll tightly, and cut into 1.5-inch pieces.
- Second Rise: Place pieces in greased muffin tins, cut side up, and let rise for 30-45 minutes.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Glazing: Whisk together confectioners’ sugar, vanilla, and milk to desired glaze consistency, and drizzle over warm cruffins.
- Serve: Enjoy warm!
