Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

- Gradually add the flour, mixing just until combined, then fold in the pecans.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges turn golden.
- Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes and roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
