  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pitted olives, chopped (green or black)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Fold in the cheeses and olives.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, adding minced garlic and herbs if desired.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
