Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk or heavy cream
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh herbs (such as thyme, chives, or parsley)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, eggs, milk or cream, and melted butter. Stir well to combine.
- Gently fold in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden and set in the center.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
