Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the turkey breast under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Generously brush the turkey breast with the glaze.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs over the turkey breast, pressing them into the glaze.
- Place the turkey in a baking dish and roast for 1 to 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting every 30 minutes.
- Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
