Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- Frosting (cream cheese or buttercream)
- Optional: Whiskey or milk for added flavor
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and spices in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Grease shot glasses lightly and fill each glass halfway with cookie dough.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until slightly golden around the edges.
- Let the shots cool, then frost each one and optionally top with sprinkles.

Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute coconut oil for butter. Customize flavors by adding different spices.
