- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and mix until well combined and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, blending thoroughly after each addition, then mix in the heavy cream until smooth and glossy.
- Gently fold in the flour and vanilla extract, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is deep golden brown and slightly puffed.
- Let the cheesecake cool inside the oven for an hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Dust with powdered sugar or serve with fresh berries for added flavor.
