Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and mix until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, blending thoroughly after each addition, then mix in the heavy cream until smooth and glossy.
  4. Gently fold in the flour and vanilla extract, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is deep golden brown and slightly puffed.
  6. Let the cheesecake cool inside the oven for an hour.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
