- 4 chicken drumsticks, skin-on
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, smoked paprika, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl or resealable bag, add chicken drumsticks and coat them with the yogurt sauce. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange the chicken drumsticks in a single layer, and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the skin is golden and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- If desired, broil for an extra 2-3 minutes for added crispiness, checking closely to avoid burning.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, avoid crowding the baking sheet and let the chicken marinate properly.
