- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 cup pistachio butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the unsalted butter and sugars until light and fluffy (3-5 minutes). Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the pistachio butter.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually incorporate this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for about 30 minutes before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
- Consider serving with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
