Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup powdered sugar for dusting
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the unsalted butter and sugars until light and fluffy (3-5 minutes). Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the pistachio butter.
