Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes.
- Pour 1 cup of heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl.
- Gradually mix in 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.
- Beat the mixture on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, around 2–3 minutes.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to two hours, topping with extra powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for a short time in the fridge.
