Ingredients
- 10-12 fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 1 fresh lime
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 ounces light rum
- 1 ounce heavy cream (or coconut cream)
- Club soda
Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves and lime juice in a glass or cocktail shaker.
- Add sugar and muddle again to mix.
- Pour in the light rum and stir to combine.
- Add heavy cream and stir gently.
- Fill the glass with ice and top off with club soda.
- Garnish with extra mint leaves and a lime wedge, then serve immediately.
Notes
