Delicious turkey sliders flavored with aromatic herbs and layered with tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for gatherings and family meals.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (minced) (thyme, parsley, rosemary)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • Cheese (optional, brie or cheddar)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cranberry sauce, minced herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties, about 3 inches in diameter, making a small indent in the center of each patty.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
  4. While sliders are cooking, slice and toast the burger buns lightly on another skillet.
  5. Assemble the sliders by spreading cranberry sauce on the bottom bun, placing the patty on top, and adding cheese or herbs if desired, then covering with the top bun.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute ground turkey with ground chicken or plant-based meat alternatives. You can also use homemade or store-bought cranberry sauce.
