Instructions
- Wash strawberries, remove green tops, and chop them finely.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries and 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs, reserving some crumbs for coating later.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to firm up the mixture.
- Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage, then roll in reserved graham cracker crumbs.
- Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes until chocolate is set. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
