Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Wash strawberries, remove green tops, and chop them finely.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in chopped strawberries and 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs, reserving some crumbs for coating later.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to firm up the mixture.
  5. Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  7. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage, then roll in reserved graham cracker crumbs.
