Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (whole, almond, or oat)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in crushed Oreos carefully.
  6. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill each cup three-quarters full.
  7. Top each muffin with extra Oreo pieces.
