Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the crackers in a single layer on the sheet.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until just crispy.
- Mix brown sugar, garlic powder, and crushed herbs in a bowl and sprinkle over the bacon.
- Top each cracker with a piece of bacon, allowing the sugar mixture to cascade down.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the bacon is golden and the sugar melts.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
- Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!
