Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter with honey, stirring until well blended.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and drop dollops of the mixture onto the tray.
- Transfer the tray to the freezer and let it set for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Once solid, pop the bites off the tray and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Add a splash of milk if the mixture is too thick. These bites can be customized with nuts or dried fruits.
