Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream (or full-fat coconut milk)
- 1/2 cup whole milk (or plant-based alternative)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Bananas: Peel and slice the ripe bananas.
- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the sliced bananas, cream, milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Chill the Mixture: Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
- Freeze using Ninja Creami: Pour the chilled mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions for 24 hours.
- Process and Enjoy: Attach the container to the Ninja Creami, select the ‘Ice Cream’ function, and serve immediately.
Notes
If the ice cream feels a little too hard after freezing, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
