- 1 tube of crescent rolls
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll the crescent rolls and lay them flat in a greased baking dish, pressing down to form a crust.
- In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat until cooked through. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Stir in the cooked sausage, diced bell peppers, and cheese into the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg and filling mixture over the crescent rolls in the baking dish, ensuring even coverage.
- Sprinkle any remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few moments before slicing into squares and serve warm.
Notes
