Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, and diced green onions. Mix until well-combined and creamy.
- Assemble the Egg Rolls: Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, with a corner pointing towards you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll it up tightly. Use a bit of water to seal the edge.
- Fry the Egg Rolls: In a deep skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add a few egg rolls at a time, frying until golden brown on each side (about 3-4 minutes). Remove and drain on paper towels.

Notes
