Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 1 orange
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Cut a large piece of parchment paper about 15 inches long and fold it in half to create a crease.
  3. Place a salmon fillet on one side of the crease and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, zest of citrus fruits, and a squeeze of juice. Spread it over the salmon.
  5. Layer thin slices of citrus on top and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
  6. Fold the other half of the parchment over the salmon, tuck edges in, and crimp tightly.
  7. Bake on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
  8. Carefully open the parchment and serve immediately.
