Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 1 orange
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Cut a large piece of parchment paper about 15 inches long and fold it in half to create a crease.
- Place a salmon fillet on one side of the crease and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, zest of citrus fruits, and a squeeze of juice. Spread it over the salmon.
- Layer thin slices of citrus on top and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
- Fold the other half of the parchment over the salmon, tuck edges in, and crimp tightly.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Carefully open the parchment and serve immediately.
