Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté your chosen vegetables and minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the sautéed vegetables into the cheese mixture until well coated.
- Lay out phyllo or wonton sheets, place a spoonful of filling at the corner of each, and roll tightly, tucking in the edges.
- Arrange on a greased baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
