  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips carefully.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
  8. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cookie dough ball.
  9. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set but soft.
  10. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
