Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips carefully.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cookie dough ball.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set but soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes
For added depth of flavor, you may chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
