Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts or walnuts, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Brie cheese into tree shapes.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add fresh herbs and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Arrange Brie slices on a lined baking sheet in a tree shape.
  6. Spoon sautéed garlic and herbs over the cheese, then drizzle cranberry sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle with toasted nuts for crunch.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until oozing and golden.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
