Ingredients
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup pine nuts or walnuts, toasted
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Brie cheese into tree shapes.
- Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add fresh herbs and cook for 1 minute.
- Arrange Brie slices on a lined baking sheet in a tree shape.
- Spoon sautéed garlic and herbs over the cheese, then drizzle cranberry sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with toasted nuts for crunch.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until oozing and golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with assorted crackers or bread. You can substitute camembert cheese or add veggies for additional flavors.
