Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry chili jam
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans or walnuts
  • Assorted crackers or sliced baguette
  • Fresh fruits (apples, pears, or dried fruits)
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the brie on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Score the top of the brie for easier serving.
  3. Spread the cranberry chili jam generously across the brie.
  4. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until the brie is gooey.
  5. While the brie is baking, arrange crackers, fruits, and nuts around the cheese on a serving board.
  6. Remove the brie from the oven and sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a twist, substitute brie with Camembert or Gouda. Let the brie sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking for even melting.
