Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry chili jam
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans or walnuts
- Assorted crackers or sliced baguette
- Fresh fruits (apples, pears, or dried fruits)
- Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Score the top of the brie for easier serving.
- Spread the cranberry chili jam generously across the brie.
- Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes or until the brie is gooey.
- While the brie is baking, arrange crackers, fruits, and nuts around the cheese on a serving board.
- Remove the brie from the oven and sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a twist, substitute brie with Camembert or Gouda. Let the brie sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking for even melting.
